PACKAGE 1 – FULL WEDDING PLANNING PACKAGE

  • Research, design & coordination of wedding celebration
  • Unlimited consultation hours
  • Sourcing of suppliers/vendors i.e.decorators, staging, lighting, florist, baker
  • To liaise with selected suppliers for the event on behalf of the client
  • Create a timeline/program exclusively for client’s wedding
  • Assist in stationery design and selection of wedding favors
  • Regular updates on progress and issue expense reports
  • To compile confirmed guest list and program timeline to ushers & client’s family
  • FOC seating cards for each guests seated at the Main Table
  • Orchestrate event day with 1 Wedding Day Director & 2 Wedding Day Coordinators

PACKAGE 2 – WEDDING DAY COORDINATION

For couples who has already planned the wedding and book vendors but needs a professional team to oversee the wedding day program and help coordinate with your vendors. PDP will work with you about 6-8 weeks prior to the wedding date and go through the details of the wedding celebration in order to coordinate the event day.

  • 6 Consultation hours
  • Final Vendor confirmations
  • Wedding Day Timeline/Program
  • Coordinate Ceremony and/or Reception
  • Rehearsal
  • Assist in Set Up
  • 1 Wedding Day Director & minimum 2 Wedding Coordinator – depending on the number of invited guests

  3. hi n good afternoon, iam sue from kl want to know how much cost for full wedding canopy also complete with decorate , vip table…also bridge table, and pelamin decoration….?? pax for guest it is 1000 pax to 2000 pax….please reply my email as soon as possible..thanks..

    • Hi Shuhada,

      It is all depending on your budget for the wedding. Usually, the budget starts from RM5000 for fresh flowers decor of Pelamin & Main Table. For canopy, if we are talking about Arabian Canopy of 20 x 20′, it starts from RM400 and above. For your case, I am assuming that it is a buffet service so you will only need about 50 tables or less. 40 pax per canopy so you will need 12 arabian canopies + 1 for pelamin + 1 main table & VIP tables = 14 canopies.

    would like to ask about latest packages…( theme : basically baby blue(tiffany) & light pink)

    1) hiasan dewan,including the chandelier,walkaway,main table deco,vip deco(3 sets),table(42sets) & chair deco (10pcs/table),entrance deco@arch,centrepieces.

    2)dais for reception @ dewan banquet hall UPM (25/09/2011 – afternoon) – simple but yet elegant! ;) )))
    * the cloth for chair n table already given.exclude the deco shj yg blom.

    3)small dais for nikah (kecil & simple) @ rumah,Bandar Baru Bangi. (24/09/2011 – morning)

    If u have any candy buffet @ guest book deco, can u give me the quot too plis? Tq ;)
